Update

Rebel and his girlfriend broke up. He wanted me to let everyone know so they will quit asking about her. They are "still friends". It is so funny seeing this. All I can say is I feel so bad for him... I remember how hard it was to be this age. Don't worry about him though he has been texting this other girl for a few weeks now. I will let you know on the next episode of Rebel's World

Tallyn leaves for SNU basketball camp tomorrow. His first time away from home. Good thing it is only a 10 min. drive!! He is so excited..we went and got his new shoes and supplies and he is sooo ready he can't stay still for a second.

Our 4th wedding anniversary was Thursday. Jeff took me to the Melting Pot for dinner and gave me a beautiful pair of diamond earrings made from a ring that was once his grandmothers. It was a wonderful evening.

Summer trip

I wish we had more time to get out and do more. We had the best time just being together with out the TV, phones or work calling. We will most definitely go back. The ranch had so much to offer.

Some of the things I did not take pictures of was our paddle boat race. Me and Ellie against the boys. We smoked 'em...ok not really. Then the horseshoe tourney..Jeff and Tallyn against Rebel and me. It was 10 to 6 Tallyn's team!

They tried skipping rocks for ever!! Ellie even got
into it.

Sometimes it was just about making a BIG splash

I sat there and said things like that one it too heavy
or don't drop it on your foot. I skipped a few just to
show I could!!

Ellie on King Kong. She would yell YEEHA the entire
time she was riding.

Rebel does not look so sure but he said that
it was"not bad". In preteen that means " I am having
a blast!!"

Tallyn almost fell off from laughing when the horse
stopped to poop. I guess it was the look on Rebel's
face.

The kids had a great time at the lake.We need
to get out more..look how white we are!!

The boys made Ellie into a little mermaid...

then buried her!! I'm surprised she let them

In the evening there was a dance. Ellie had the time
of her life. I do have a video but I have no clue how to
upload it :( sorry. Jeff danced with her a few songs but
then she decided that this was her moment!! She danced
and danced. I had the best time just watching. She was
so happy out there. She danced for probably an hour.

We went to Texas a couple weekends ago to lay
the dining room floor in mom's house. Pray that they
will be able to get this house finished and move out
ASAP!! This house is much more than they bargained for! Haven and Calla are growing like weeds, they get prettier every time I see them!

Happy Independance Day

Waiting for fireworks can be exhausting!

I'm not sure if you can tell but Reb did get his
hair cut, it starts shorter on one and gets longer.
He can not decide if he wants that blond strip
to be red or white so we stopped to give it a few
days. I guess I will finish it some time this week.

Rebel and Jaesen

OK..I know some of you have been waiting to see his girlfriend. Since I am
"totally embarrassing" and take pictures for everything I HAD to get the
first girlfriend. She is a sweet girl ...they are equally annoying and dress just alike.
Reb acted like his life was ending at the torture from the hands of his own
mother. You would think he would be used to it by now!!
